The Dos and Don’ts for Communicating With Your Partner

Nov 23, 2022

It’s one thing to have awareness of the tools needed to improve your relationship, but it’s another thing to actually see those tools in action.

In this episode, we’re sharing a personal experience we had recently that highlights how the communication skills that we teach in Safe & Wild can actually play out in real life, and how small shifts over time can lead to massive changes.

We also discuss how it truly only takes one person to change a relationship just by doing the work on themselves - with or without their partner’s help - and why effective communication is so important in any relationship (hint: without it, it’s a rocky and lonely road).

Conflict will always be a part of a relationship, but it’s how you handle the challenges that dictate how healthy your relationship is, so get comfortable and take a listen for some pro tips on how to improve communication with your partner!
